The new Kentstrapper 3D printer designed by Tecnificio is able to solve various structural problems and usability issues that characterized the original Rep-Rap versions, composed entirely of printed parts and threaded rods. The laser cut structure is made from a sheet of HDF (High-Density Fibreboard), colored with natural dyes. This new printer, easy to assemble, has several improvements in terms of stability, interaction, print area and printing accuracy. The composition of the cutting file has been studied to minimize the material consumption (less than one square meter). It will be offered in two versions: fully assembled or in DIY kit ready for shipment. Thanks to laser marking, the machine can also be customized with logos, lettering and designs chosen by the customer when ordering.
