The Brasiliana Collection by Oca Brasil presents a Brazilian poetic vision in three moments: Tribal, Colonial and Modernist. The Tribal line was created using references from the expessions manifested by Indians, Brazil’s first dwellers. The Colonial line reinstates the aesthetic language brought to Brazil by its Portuguese colonizers. The Modernist line refers to the best time of Brazilian architecture: the 1950’s and 1960’s. It is inspired by the work of the two greatest names of the time: Roberto Burle-Marx and Athos Bulcão.
