CambridgeFlat kitchen by Bunker Workshop

The owners were seeking a revival of a moody corner kitchen and a small bathroom. Our response was introduce some much needed sunshine to the kitchen space. We removed two existing walls separating the kitchen and living area. An L-shaped counter extends into the living area immediately establishing a new entertainment hub for the apartment while providing some extra workspace. A soffit above the cooking area provides the necessary task lighting and ventilation for the avid cooks. Floor to ceiling Arclinea cabinets fulfill the storage requirements and hide away small appliances. Custom spice shelves integrate into the cabinetry for easy access to their most cherished ingredients. Access to the high storage areas is provided by an anodized aluminum sliding ladder system. The bathroom was updated with the same material and color palette as the kitchen.
