“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” – Roald Dahl
Although a diorama is little more than a box, some holes and pieces of paper, it remains quite magical. Through perspective, colours and reflection the same kind of magic can be found in this time indicator that lives in the home.
The time indicator has a 24 hour cycle. By the turning of the rods colours blend which makes it a smooth transition, just like the natural course of the day. Clear graphics and colours that refer to the sun and the colour of the daylight tell the spectator what time it is.
