Dear MOCO LOCO,

I’m an architecture postgraduate from London, and have been a huge fan of the site for 3 years now. I visit everyday.

Since graduating in October, I have been working on the following project, which I believe to be in keeping with the fresh, original, and inspiring content of the site. It is titled ‘Excrescent Utopia’.

Excrescent Utopia is a conceptual and parasitic dwelling conceived from the necessity to provide a new generation of homeless citizens with space and facilities of their own, whilst strikingly raising
awareness and giving back to them an identity within our society.

Here is a link to the project’s home page: http://miloaydendeluca.com/gallery/67414

Here is a short film made about the project, where I talk about it in more depth:

I hope Excrescent Utopia is something you and your readers can enjoy.

I’m also seeking promotion from the Centrepoint charity for an ambitious itinerant street exhibition of this project. The envisioned exhibition will display the artwork from street lights to the general public, throughout a number of streets in central London. I’m hoping this exhibition will come to fruition within the next few weeks.

Below is some background information on the project.

Kind regards
