Le cavagne lamps are hanging lamps in ceramic inspired by the cavagne, small containers made in cane and fig wood that vendors used to carry the ricotta in Sicily.
In the collective imagination, these objects have never hung on the wall individually, but in clusters … so I decided to propose a lamp consisting of three units and not single.
It is a self-produced design object conceived with the purpose to reinterpret in a new way elements and features of the traditional culture of Sicily.
