The Ice Cream Concept Parlour is designed to explore and investigate the process of making a sample, ready-to-eat food – ice cream. The bridge between food, product and experiential design is the area that concerns the project the most. The research aims to create a model strategy for introducing a new experience of eating, as well as finding the narrative to educate people through their food experience and encouraging them to appreciate the process of making. The ice cream making kit contains a pre-freeze marble plate and specific ritual tools.
