Reflecting the beauty of London and New York City on a surface, it would like to connect your spaces to the greatest cities.
Map on table was inspired by London streets first and then New York City followed the idea.
Reflecting the greatest cities beauty on a surface was the main point of this concept. London and New York City streets are highlighted on a metal surface with a laser-cut technique which creates a lace effect on this quirky furniture.
There is around 60 meters of laser-cutting line for one item only. 2700 scrap pieces fall down like rain in London, so it was a real challenge in the designing process.
Map on table has extraordinary triangular section legs which are made from solid beech with a matte finish. N, S, E and W are incorporated into the joints between the table surface and these triangular legs to denote orientation.
