Stio is a new brand based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. which seeks to combine technical outdoor apparel with modern urban style. These are a few of their products from their initial collection, as well as their new storefront in Jackson.
Hardscrabble Jacket: http://www.stio.com/mens-hardscrabble-jacket
Rugged good looks and understated sophistication. The design brief for the Hardscrabble was simple, and a tall order: produce a jacket you can wear at work, during lunchtime ski laps, and then out to your favorite après-anything dinner. Mission accomplished. This unique soft shell style combines durability, comfort and style in almost any environment, and the cozy Primaloft® ONE™ insulation adds warmth without bulk.
Millward Jacket: http://www.stio.com/womens-millward-jacket
Our favorite new fall cover up stands up to the elements with its highly wind and water-resistant, Wind Pro Hardface Fleece. The durability and warmth of this piece give it cred at the resort, but it’s the chic, mid-thigh length, contrast stitching and stylish button overlay that keep it on the hook by the front door.
Rambler Reversible: http://www.stio.com/mens-rambler-reversible-jacket
A new school mountain must-have, this dual-function reversible jacket has style that goes two ways: classic flannel jacket or technical wind shell. Heavyweight Cotton Flannel with zippered handwarmer pockets and two ample chest pockets reverses to a clean, technical Pertex® Nylon Minirip windshell.
Stio Mountain Studio: The Stio Mountain studio opened in mid-October on Jackson Hole’s popular Town Square. The rustic-on-contemporary aesthetic of the space reflects the classic-meets-modern feel of the product line, creating a harmonious shopping experience from top to bottom. Architect Nona Yehia of E/Ye Design was behind the concept of the boutique, and local contractor Two Ocean Builders executed the build.
