‘Telha’ desk accessories collection
by Romain Lagrange for Vista Alegre (PT)
Telha is a Vista Alegre porcelain collection of accessories to be used at home or at the office.
Inspired from the old tiles that have been applied on the frontages of traditional portugese houses, the collection is composed of three elements.
There is a box that balances between two positions; a “vide-poche” divided in three separate parts and two supports for stationery and touch pads.
All the elements can be used in many ways.
Telha was unveiled during NYC Design Week, at Wanted Design, on 18-21 May 2012.
‘Obice’ vase by Romain Lagrange for Vista Alegre (PT)
The shapes of this crystal vase begins with the specifics caracteristics of this material.
Thanks to its heavy weight, the crystal allows few contacts with the surface as well as a stability of the vase.
This way, Obice does not clutter any space, and thus enables a use in everyday life, on a desk for instance.
The incredible transparency which magnifiyed the elements inside is used as a protection.
Therefore, Obice becomes a container and also a cover which emphasises the beauty of flowers.
This vase is an hand-blown Vista Alegre crystal piece.
Obice was unveiled during NYC Design Week, at Wanted Design, on 18-21 May 2012.
