The Deckchair is a loungechair with ottoman for contract and residential area. Source of inspiration for the design was the skateboard. The lounge chair is made of finely upholstered seat shells which are mounted on a bogie. The seat shells are pressed out of seven ply maple veneer and are fixed with bushings from skateboard trucks flexibly to the frame. Thus, the individual seat elements nestle perfectly to the body of the seated person.
