I would like to introduce you someone whose talent, I believe, will not be indifferent for you.
We love your magazine so I’m contacting you to know a little bit more about this artist!
His name is Gonçalo Pires-Marques and he was born in Lisbon in 1972.
In the ’90s, he began operating as an illustrator, with work in the national press (The Independent, The Public, City …) and foreign exhibitions in Lisbon and Barcelona, the city where he moved to and started his business as an architect in Taller Ricard Boffill, having completed a degree in architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon. After participating in projects in Tokyo, Paris, Prague and Chicago, he returned to his hometown, Lisbon, to open his own studio, PIMAA (http://www.pimaa.pt) in the Chiado neighborhood where he lives.
Today, he divides his working life between these areas, working as a freelancer for various organizations, from book publishers to advertising and communication agencies, individuals, among others, always looking for new projects that challenge and enrich his portfolio.
Any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
I’ll be waiting for your feedback with enthusiasm!
