A very special dessert cart designed by Andreu Carulla for El Celler de Can Roca.
Its aim is to retrieve the use of the dessert cart, long forgotten by contemporary or techno-emotional cuisine.
‘Roca on Wheels’ evoke a trip to a candy wander land. The first feeling is surprise, that gets to its highest point the moment Jordi Roca starts to pump and suddenly like a magical effect, a four tierrd cake shows up full of delicacies.
Its glossy liquorie black colour and its pappermint candy handlebar, anticipate an interior full of sweet surprises from pestry chef of El Celler de Can Roca.
