Snaidero USA, the exclusive North American distributor of Snaidero kitchens, will be the kitchen and bath supplier for River Green, the prestigious residential complex that ASPAC Developments is set to build in Vancouver, Canada. The $25 million contract represents the biggest multihousing project in the history of Snaidero USA.

For Dario Snaidero, President and CEO of Snaidero USA, this project is all the more significant because it was acquired in a real estate market that, though slowly on its way back up, still lacks the strength of 4 or 5 years ago. “This is a testament to the effectiveness of our business development strategy. After 2008, when we recorded our highest revenues to date, we went through two very difficult years – as did everyone else, really. Even as the business activity slowed down, we committed to continue investing heavily, perhaps even more than ever, strengthening our presence in the entire market and completing the expansion of two of our flagship showrooms in Miami and New York. Already in 2011 came the first positive signs with the acquisition of two multihousing projects in Chicago and Miami, for a total of about $6.5 million. Now, River Green is another strong indication that we were right in not backing down during the economic downturn.”

The Vancouver project is an important result also because it shows the company’s expansion towards an integrated offer that continues to feature kitchen cabinets as the core product but is now complemented by a range of high-end home furnishings. Such evolution came into effect with the introduction of Snaidero USA Living. The order for River Green includes 2,000 Snaidero Orange kitchens along with bathroom vanities with lamps and mirrors, and stone countertops for all kitchens and baths. The project will be developed following a 4-phase plan.

This new and highly prestigious project for Snaidero further reinforces its image on a worldwide scale and proves once again its international vocation. Snaidero began dealing with the ‘contract’ sector in the early Nineties. The Italian-made kitchens can now be found in many of the most grandiose and luxury multi-housing developments of the United States (most notably: Florida, Las Vegas, Chicago), as well as in Canada, India, Turkey, Korea and in many other countries around the world. The international reach and design aesthetic of the 65 year old company has helped it become the symbol of quality and beauty, capable of giving added value to the most exclusive apartments all over the world.
