Strip is the first Brazilian 3D printed guitar that uses no wood as a component. Printed via SLS by Robtec.
All this guided us to create a fluid form, with movements. Like a music score, with ups and downs. A continuous line that turn and twist around itself, creating a shape. Like an human arm extension that connect the musician with the guitar.
Then, “Strip” was born. Its design and shape challenges the regular sense about electric guitars, but it keep the sound able to cheer up people. It was 3D printed using a SLS machine, that follows the 3D project and than create solid parts by using a flexible subtract. After being printed it received all the metallic components – bridhe, pick-ups, tunning pegs, frets and strings came from a Les Paul model.
